Our new Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
25 September 2025
We proudly launched our second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) with a special event at the Koorie Heritage Trust in Melbourne this week, marking a significant new phase in our reconciliation journey.
Our RAP is more than a document. It is our call to action: to listen, to learn, to be accountable, and to embed reconciliation into every part of our business.
“Our RAP journey has been built step by step, with contributions from many across our business. Over the past year, we’ve listened, we’ve learned, and we’ve challenged ourselves to think differently about how we engage with First Peoples communities. This work has been about building real, respectful, and meaningful relationships. What makes me most proud is the spirit of collaboration that brought this RAP to life,” says Jhdara Jones, National First Peoples Manager.
Our RAP is a living framework that guides how we:
Grow cultural awareness and competence across the business
Create opportunities through employment, training, and partnerships
Build trust and lasting relationships with First Nations communities and organisations
