Service Stream has released its FY26 Sustainability Report, highlighting our progress, achievements and challenges as we continue to strengthen our approach to sustainability.

The report provides an overview of our sustainability performance across five key areas: Governance, People, Customers & Partners, Communities and Environment.

In FY26, we completed our first double materiality assessment to better understand the sustainability issues that matter most to our business and stakeholders. We also strengthened our climate-related reporting, achieved 100% renewable electricity across our operations and continued investing in the safety, development and wellbeing of our people.

The report also highlights our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, responsible business practices and delivering positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

As we look ahead, the findings from our materiality assessment will help shape our refreshed Sustainability Strategy and FY30 roadmap, with clearer priorities, targets and measures to guide our progress.

By sharing our performance, including our achievements and challenges, we aim to strengthen transparency and accountability as we work towards a more sustainable, resilient and connected future.
