Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Service Stream, we believe our success is underpinned by the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
We are committed to fostering a workplace where diversity is celebrated and inclusivity is paramount. We understand that the true strength of a team lies in the rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences, ensuring that every individual feels valued, accepted, and empowered to realise their full potential.
Service Stream’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy reflects our commitment to develop and execute a clear plan which enhances our positive organisational culture by recognising, embracing and celebrating the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce.

- Calendar of Events - celebrating events of significance which align with our key focus areas
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Working Group - Building inclusion initiatives with strong executive support and in-business advocacy
- Diversity Awareness - Developing insights, awareness and pragmatic takeaways to promote inclusive culture and behaviours via bi-monthly live webinars on inclusive topics such as Neurodiversity and Constructive Bystander Behaviours in Family & domestic Violence
- Learning opportunities - Resources and learning modules available for staff via our intranet and learning platforms
- Recruitment Review - Review and update recruitment policy and procedure to ensure our attraction and recruitment of diverse talent
