Why partner with us?
Through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are committed to deepening our engagement with First Nations enterprises, creating inclusive and sustainable pathways for growth and economic prosperity, and honouring the cultures, histories, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Our vision for reconciliation is grounded in mutual respect and collaboration, with First Nations perspectives woven into everything we do. Over the last two years, through our inaugural Innovate RAP, we have proudly partnered with over 116 First Nations businesses, achieving an Indigenous Spend of $84 million. These partnerships reflect our commitment to working together for a more inclusive future that promotes Self-Determination for First Nations communities and ensures that our projects benefit from the rich expertise and cultural knowledge Indigenous businesses provide.
Our second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan further demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful and lasting reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The practical actions that we commit to in this Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan will be guided by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, perspectives and cultures, to connect communities, show respect for the connection to land, identity and culture, and value the contribution of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and partners.
