Elana Jewell, Project Manager

"The Service Stream graduate program has given me the opportunity to immerse myself in the civil infrastructure industry and in particular, the gas industry, through a combination of hands-on experience and engaging project work. Regular site visits have helped bridge the gap between theory and practice, which has given me a first hand understanding of how projects are delivered on and under the ground. A combination of meaningful work that genuinely contributes to team outcomes and flexibility to explore different areas of the business has provided a well-rounded and rewarding start to my engineering career."

Mitch Ward, Graduate Project Engineer, VIC

"I've really enjoyed my role in maintenance through the IGNITE Graduate Program, especially the site exposure and opportunities to take part in inspections. It's been a great opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and better understand how road maintenance works in practice."

Michelle Yang, Graduate Engineer, NSW
