A new chapter for WomenRise at Service Stream

Service Stream has launched its refreshed WomenRise Senior Leaders Program, continuing our investment in developing and supporting talented women across our organisation.

The program has been redesigned to provide a practical development experience that builds leadership capability, expands professional networks and supports participants to lead with greater confidence and influence. 

Delivered in partnership with Pique Global, the Senior Leaders Program combines learning, mentoring, peer coaching and executive engagement. With a focus on strategic influence, enterprise leadership, sponsorship and allyship, participants will gain new perspectives and develop new skills to support their continued growth as leaders.   

The Senior Leaders Program is one of two WomenRise development pathways designed to support women at different stages of their leadership journey. It will be followed by our WomenRise Emerging Leaders Program, which will support a further 30 women across two cohorts. 

Laura Herman, General Manager, Learning, Organisational Development & Transformation, said the refreshed approach builds on the success of WomenRise to further enhance the development experience for participants.
