WomenRise Emerging Leaders Program gets underway

Service Stream has welcomed the first cohort to our 2026 WomenRise Emerging Leaders Program, continuing our investment in developing talented women across our organisation.

Developed and delivered in-house by Service Stream, Emerging Leaders combines practical learning, mentoring and peer coaching, with a focus on strengthening leadership skills, building confidence and creating valuable connections across the business.

Laura Herman, General Manager, Learning, Organisational Development & Transformation, said the program provides an important opportunity to support the next generation of women leaders at Service Stream.

“WomenRise is about creating meaningful development opportunities for women at different stages of their leadership journey. The Emerging Leaders Program gives participants the opportunity to strengthen their skills, broaden their networks and continue developing their own leadership style,” said Laura.

The Emerging Leaders pathway forms part of our refreshed WomenRise program, alongside the recently launched Senior Leaders pathway. Together, WomenRise is helping build a strong community of women leaders across Service Stream and strengthening our leadership pipeline for the future.
