IGNITE your career with Service Stream 

Applications are now open for Service Stream’s IGNITE Graduate Program, offering graduates the opportunity to start their careers with one of Australia’s leading essential infrastructure service providers. 

Ignite is a structured two-year development program designed to give graduates meaningful, hands-on experience from day one, while building the skills, confidence and connections to support a long-term career at Service Stream.   

Through at least two rotations across different business units, projects or functions, graduates gain broad exposure to our organisation and the diverse work we deliver for communities across Australia.  

Along the way, they are supported through formal learning, mentoring and coaching, networking opportunities and exposure to leaders from across the business.    

The program also provides a clear pathway beyond the graduate experience, with graduates supported as they transition into permanent roles across Service Stream.
