Service Stream was awarded the Most Innovative DE&I Project or Initiative at the 2025 Empowered Women In Trades (EWIT) Group Australia Awards on Friday night at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne.

This award recognises our School Holiday Care Program, created to better support working parents and carers by providing access to school holiday care. By easing the juggle between work and family, this initiative helps build a more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.

Our Chief People Officer, Sarah Bottomley, reflects on what this recognition means for our team.

“Being recognised for initiatives that directly support equity and inclusion means the world to us. It’s a reflection of the care and commitment of our people who bring these programs to life every day,” says Sarah.

A huge thank you to the EWIT community for shining a spotlight on DE&I innovation and to our incredible teams who made this possible.

We’re proud of the legacy we’re building at Service Stream, one where diversity, equity and inclusion combine for a lasting impact.
