Landcare M7 event 2025

Service Stream recently presented at a special event hosted by Landcare and the Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils, supporting the implementation of the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan.

Tom Stojanovski, Environmental Advisor on Service Stream’s M7 WestLink Services contract, shared the results of bush restoration works along the M7 landscaped corridor. Tom’s presentation showcased efforts to protect endangered and vulnerable species that form part of the Cumberland Plain Woodland Critically Endangered Ecological Community.

“It was great to share some of the restoration work happening along the M7 and to hear from others working to protect the Cumberland Plain Woodland. We’re certainly proud of the role we’re playing in conserving these landscapes and thankful for the partnerships that make this work possible,” says Tom.

More than 40 private land managers, councils, and environmental regulators came together for this event, highlighting the importance of collaboration in achieving the goals of the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan.

By working together, we can protect our native biodiversity and restore valuable habitats.
