Service Stream completes acquisition of RiE Group

Service Stream is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Queensland-based RiE Group. 

RiE is a specialist high-voltage electrical and instrumentation business servicing the oil and gas, power generation and renewable energy sectors. Based in Queensland, the business operates across key industrial regions including the Surat Basin, Darling Downs and Gladstone. 

The acquisition strengthens our industrial services capability, expands our presence in key Queensland markets and supports our continued growth across Australia's essential infrastructure sectors. 

Managing Director Leigh Mackender said the completion of the acquisition represents another important step in Service Stream's strategy to grow and diversify the business.
