Time Central - Time & Attendance
Time Central is Service Stream’s new time and attendance system for employees covered by an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA)or individual award.
Using the Time Central mobile app, employees can easily record their start and finish times, submit leave requests, upload supporting documents such as medical certificates, and record tools or equipment used where required.
The system has been configured to align with each employee’s applicable EBA or award conditions, helping ensure that hours worked, allowances and leave entitlements are captured accurately
Replacing our current mix of manual and JAMS timesheets, Time Central will:
- Reduce administrative effort
- Improve payroll accuracy
- Support compliance with workplace legislation
- Provide greater visibility of time and attendance information
Time Central has each EBA coded into its data base and then receives employee information from People Central (SuccessFactors). From here it transfers approved time and attendance data directly into Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Service Stream’s new payroll system.
Collectively, these systems will deliver a more streamlined and reliable payroll process, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while reducing manual data entry and corrections.
By moving to a comprehensive electronic time and attendance system, Service Stream will eliminate many of the manual processes currently required to record, calculate and verify employee time. This will reduce the risk of human error, improve payroll accuracy, strengthen compliance with workplace obligations, and create a simpler experience for employees, supervisors and payroll teams alike.
In short, Time Central modernises the way we record time, manage leave and process payroll, delivering a more efficient, accurate and user-friendly experience across the business.
