Our New People & Experience System – People Central (SAP SuccessFactors)
People Central is our new People & Experience (P&E) platform, powered by SAP SuccessFactors. It brings together our people, payroll and workforce information into one easy-to-use system, creating a single source of truth for employee information across Service Stream.
The new platform will simplify everyday processes, reduce manual administration and provide real-time access to important information for employees, people leaders and support teams. Whether accessed via desktop or mobile app, People Central makes it easier to manage personal information, view payslips, complete learning, and access key people-related services.
For people leaders, the system provides improved tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning and reporting, helping them make better-informed decisions and support their teams more effectively.
People Central also supports Service Stream's future growth by providing a scalable platform that can easily accommodate new contracts and business acquisitions, ensuring a smoother onboarding experience for new employees and a more consistent experience across the organisation.
Salaried employees will apply for leave through People Central, while wages who complete timesheets will manage their leave via the new Time and Attendance system – Time Central.
