Before construction commenced, an Environmental Effects Statement (EES) was developed to identify key environmental considerations for Peninsula Link.
The operations phase of the project is managed under Service Stream's Environmental Management Plan which complies with ISO 14001 and sits under the Service Stream environmental policy.
Service Stream will continue the detailed monitoring and reporting of critical fauna and flora established in habitats along the freeway reserve. Independent ecological specialists have been engaged to undertake this monitoring on our behalf and will report the findings throughout the contract period.
