Three-year extension of contract with SA Water
Service Stream is proud to announce a three-year extension to its contract with SA Water, as one of its Adelaide service delivery partners, providing water and wastewater maintenance services through to 1 July 2028.
Since 2021, Service Stream has been working alongside SA Water and fellow service delivery partner SUEZ to maintain safe, clean and accessible water along with reliable sewer services for homes and businesses across Adelaide.
“Securing this extension is testament to Service Stream’s high performance on this contract and the quality services we provide SA Water and their customers,” says Kym Martin, Service Delivery Manager.
In the past twelve months, Service Stream completed over 106,000 work orders for SA Water, that’s an average of 292 work orders every day. With a field team operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week – that’s a phenomenal achievement and highlights the importance of Service Stream’s trusted services across the state.
“Keeping communities connected through the safe delivery of trusted water services will continue to be our priority, and we look forward to the opportunity to strengthen our partnership with SA Water over the next three years,” says Kym.
