Service Stream sponsors Ballarat Science and Engineering Challenge
Service Stream is proud to be the Platinum Sponsor of the 2025 Ballarat Science and Engineering Challenge, inspiring the next generation to pursue pathways in STEM.
The Challenge is designed to push the boundaries of creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving for year 9 and 10 students.
The local Ballarat Science and Engineering Challenge, supported by Rotary Clubs of Ballarat, involved students from eight schools across the region coming together to test their knowledge and "have a go". The State Final held in Ballarat last week, saw Auburn High School take out the win.
Luke Cheyne, M&E Contract Manager, says this sponsorship enables Service Stream to support and inspire the next generation of innovators in regional communities.
“We’re proud to sponsor this event and help ignite a passion for science and engineering in young students,” says Luke.
“By supporting such a hands-on event with real-world problems to solve, we aim to empower the next generation to see what’s possible and to imagine themselves as future leaders in STEM.”
Congratulations to Auburn High School and all of the students who participated this year.
