Service Stream is pleased to announce it has secured additional works with NBN Co to continue delivering fibre upgrade works in the ACT.
Under this amended agreement, Service Stream will continue providing specialist design and construction services to support eligible premises with progressive access to nbn Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) technology across our capital city.
This 3.5-year agreement extends on our recently announced agreement to continue supporting nbn’s FTTP rollout across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Service Stream’s Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said these additional works will allow Service Stream to support nbn in helping more Australians access faster and more reliable internet.
“Service Stream is extremely proud to have secured further works under nbn’s program to upgrade the remaining Fibre to the Node (FTTN) network which supports the delivery of high-speed telecommunication infrastructure to Australian homes and businesses across the ACT,” says Leigh.
“The award of additional works in the ACT is testament to the strong working relationship which exists between Service Stream and nbn, with these additional works providing continuity and longevity to our current program of work for nbn in the ACT which was due to conclude in late 2025.”
