Seeking expressions of interest from property and asset services partners

Service Stream is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from metro and regional, small, medium, Indigenous and veteran organisations to partner with them in their bid for the Defence Base Services Transformation (BST) Program.

Service Stream has been shortlisted nationally for the Defence BST program, and welcomes EOI responses for Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland.

The BST program is a range of property, building, infrastructure and people services across the Defence estate nationally. Service commencement will begin in early 2025.

Service Stream is focused on Property and Asset Services (PAS) including:

• Facilities maintenance and asset management,
• Landscape services and natural resource management,
• Asset maintenance for airfields, and
• Training Area and Range Management Services.

The EOI submission period closes 31 March 2024.
