About the Role
LASE Advisor (Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement)
Service Stream – Fixed Communications | Network Infrastructure
Are you experienced in stakeholder engagement, property, or telecommunications and enjoy working across complex projects? We’re looking for a LASE Advisor to play a key role in enabling telecommunications infrastructure delivery across Australia.
This is an opportunity to combine land access expertise, stakeholder engagement, and compliance to help deliver critical network upgrades—particularly within Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) environments.
About the Role
Reporting to the Land Access Manager, you’ll be responsible for facilitating compliant land access and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project delivery.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, property stakeholders, and external authorities to ensure access is secured efficiently, risks are managed, and projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assess project scopes to determine land access requirements across public and private property
- Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices in line with legislative requirements
- Engage with Body Corporates, Owners Corporations, building managers, and property stakeholders to secure access
- Identify property ownership and occupancy, including conducting title searches
- Undertake due diligence to assess project impacts, including environmental and property considerations
- Liaise with councils, road authorities, and government agencies for approvals and notifications
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to facilitate network upgrades
- Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation within internal systems
- Collaborate with design, delivery, and construction teams to mitigate risks and delays
- Ensure all activities meet telecommunications legislation, planning requirements, and client obligations
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment and brings:
- Experience in telecommunications, land access, property, planning, or similar fields (highly desirable)
- Proven experience working with Body Corporates / Owners Corporations, particularly within MDU environments
- Exposure to land ownership processes, including title searches and property identification
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple parties
- Solid understanding of telecommunications legislation (Schedule 3) or similar regulatory frameworks (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities while working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving capability
