Land Access Coordinator – Service Stream

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Land Access Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end land access approvals across survey, design, and construction activities. You’ll coordinate statutory notices (LAANs, LIFDs), engage landowners and councils, manage internal access workflows, and ensure compliance with Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act. Your work directly supports seamless project delivery in a fast‑paced national environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage land access approvals for works on public and private land
  • Prepare and issue LAANs, LIFDs and other statutory notices
  • Identify and engage landowners, occupiers, and Body Corporates
  • Resolve access issues, objections, and escalations
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation
  • Monitor SLA performance, ageing requests, and delivery risks
  • Collaborate with Design, Survey, Construction and external delivery partners

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated Land Access experience within telco, utilities or infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Schedule 3 and statutory notice processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capability
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
