About the Role
Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Payments Controller to join our team to administer the sub-contractor payments process within the nbn Field Module contract.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Reporting Line: Manager - Subcontractor Payments
Key Responsibilities
Ensure SOIP and RCTI are delivered within commercial parameters and timeframes
Liaise with client representatives to ensure all correspondence is coordinated accurately
Update and maintain accurate data relating to payments and invoicing
Liaise with subcontractors and Service Stream field personnel to ensure payments are submitted correctly and all necessary approvals/documentations are present
Provide prompt response and resolution to queries
Compile data reports
Assist the wider finance team to meet all end of month deadlines including reconciliations
About You
Previous experience in a similar position is highly desired
Experience in an office environment including, administration, data entry and filing
Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry
Previously experience in meeting client demands/needs is desired
Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
Well developed communications skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
