Job Description Summary
This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Melbourne office and offers hybrid working arrangements.

About the role
• Lead end to end delivery of major IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, and deliverables across software development teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets typically ranging from $200k–$2m, including tracking internal and external costs.
• Support development and execution of change management and training plans to ensure effective user adoption.
• Oversee the delivery of system integrations across financial, operational, and field service platforms.
• Ensure that all project outcomes comply with data governance, information security standards, and PMO governance processes.
• Prepare project reports, participate in steering committee meetings, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate smooth transition of project outputs into BAU, including documentation and support models.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Skills and experience
• Experience delivering IT application projects such as ERP, financial, security, or field management systems.
• Proven success managing IT projects with budgets between $200k–$2m.
• Experience working with in house software development teams across the SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working across technical teams, vendors, and business units.
• Experience leading projects involving integrations between multiple corporate systems.
• Experience supporting change management within project environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or business, or equivalent industry experience.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar).
