Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and execution of end-to-end test strategies across systems and delivery streams.
• Oversee and manage the preparation, execution, and governance of test plans, ensuring consistent and high‑quality delivery across all testing phases
• Lead and mentor test analysts, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Act as the SME for all testing disciplines: functional, integration, regression, performance, and security.
• Partner with business leaders, project managers, and vendors to align testing with priorities and timelines.
• Oversee test environments, defect management, and readiness for successful releases.
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ECC/S/4 HANA testing experience, including leadership roles in complex ERP or Field Services environments.
• Exposure to SAP, IFS, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle, and JIRA Xray highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in modern testing approaches (automation, CI/CD, test data management).
