VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins StWill be responsible for maintaining and updating multiple Service Stream and client databases and also receiving and compiling construction handover packs from Sub-Contractors. The Database Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all databases are updated in accordance with the client standards and timeframes.

Liaise effectively subcontractors to coordinate the efficient document collection from recently built projects to enable project closure and payment activities. Review Handover Packs (HOP’s) technically to ensure the documents meet the required quality standards prior to distributing to relevant stakeholders. Ensure all client technical requirements are met for project submissions.
