As a Graduate on our 2026 program, you will be supported and mentored through a structured and exciting learning & development program. You will be supported by managers and peers and will have extensive exposure to various on the job activities. You will have a number of opportunities to network, and participate in many social activities, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow Graduates.

Our business provides integrated end-to-end asset life-cycle services to the Telecommunications, Utilities and Transport sectors across Australia. We specialise in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of assets across these industries.

About You

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and committed individuals to join the Service Stream Graduate Program.

To be eligible for the program, you must:

•Have completed a minimum three-year undergraduate degree within the last 3 years from a recognised university 

•Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2026

•Possess a valid driver’s licence

We currently have a role in our Transport business unit based in Port Augusta business unit

•Service Stream is a project-based business, therefore candidates may be asked to relocate to regional areas and interstate when required

•Interviews and subsequent offers will be concluded in August 2025

•Start your new role in February 2026
