Service Stream has today launched our first ever formal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan.

Service Stream is made up of nearly 5,000 employees, who bring a vast wealth of opinions, perspectives, experiences and skillsets to our organisation. We believe in authentically driving a workforce culture of inclusion and equality, that enables our people to do their best work, embrace their cultural differences and share their histories.

At Service Stream, we seek to attract, develop and retain talented people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds, whilst fostering a culture of inclusion where all individuals feel respected, are treated fairly and provided opportunities to excel. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy is only the beginning of our journey. We are committed to continuing to foster an environment where all individual differences are valued, practices are equitable and everyone belongs.

This strategy sets out our vision for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Service Stream and outlines the initiatives and activities we have committed to for progressive improvement over the next two years with this initial plan.
